Our current projects include

Project management for the California Department of Transportation Statewide ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) Architecture and System Plan Outreach Program. Key tasks: implementing, directing and overseeing project outreach strategies and activities. Includes developing outreach materials, facilitation of statewide committees and groups, and organizing stakeholder and community events. (sub-consultant to Moore, Icafono, Goltsman).

Project management for County of Sacramento, Department of Transportation's Regional Transportation Involvement Program. Key tasks: assist and advise the Department in communicating the Department's role and priorities in the regional transportation planning process as well as with other organizations within the regions; assist the Department in ongoing coordination with other agencies and ensuring consistent external communications. This project will some in-house staff training.

Project management support for the County of Sacramento, Department of Transportation's Neighborhood Traffic Management Program. Key tasks: oversee and assist in the preparation of a scope of work and consultant selection process. Provide on-going facilitation of the NTMP study and implementation in selected communities.
