Joanne brings 28 years of California planning experience and significant accomplishments in regional transportation planning to her consulting practice. Since founding Koegel & Associates in 2001, Joanne has provided transportation planning services to many key organizations in the greater Sacramento region. She is a member of the American Planning Association and Women's Transportation Seminar.
